Site Notes
Create daily reports on the conditions and action items with action items and voice and photos. Use the optional transcription form to format the data and import to a CRM or similar system. Archive the audio, photos and transcribed text to your computer hard drive.
Work Order Start/Complete
Document when workers begin and finish work, with or without location to help track status and avoid possible disputes. Workers can also enter work order numbers to manage workflow easily. Office staff can track status and send text updates or confirmations from the pdvConnect pdvConnect Communications Console.
Materials Request/Issue
Send in request for materials or document issues such as delivery overages. Include photos for proof of conditions to solve issues faster. Once the order has been placed, get a confirmation via text message. Close the loop when the order is filled by replying with voice.
